1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using TeachVault ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

TeachVault is a mobile application designed to help teachers:

• Manage classes and student information

• Track attendance

• Generate reports and exports

• Organize schedules and sessions

• Securely store and backup data

The App is provided "as is" and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

3.1 Account Creation:

• You must be at least 18 years old

• You must provide accurate information

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

3.2 Account Types:

• Free Plan: Core features (5 classes, 100 students/class, 10 exports/class/month)

• Pro Plan: Unlimited access to all features

3.3 Account Termination:

• You may delete your account at any time

• Data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes

• Obtain necessary consent before entering student information

• Comply with applicable data protection laws

• Not store sensitive student data (medical records, SSN, etc.)

• Not attempt to hack or compromise the App

• Keep your device secure

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• TeachVault owns all rights to the App

• You retain all rights to data you create

• You can export your data at any time

6. PAYMENT TERMS (PRO PLAN)

• Payments processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store

• Refunds according to app store policies

7. DATA AND PRIVACY

• You own all data you create in the App

• We do not sell your data

• See our Privacy Policy for details

8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties

• We are not responsible for data loss (backup your data!)

• Maximum liability limited to amount paid for premium features

• You use the App at your own risk

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
